Space Pope Junior (SPJ) is on a musical mission. 

 After travelling through interstellar space and reaching Earth in the summer of 2020, SPJ released his debut ‘First Entry EP’, documenting his epic musical journey across the cosmos, shown entirely through animated film.

Following his debut release, SPJ eventually settled in Bristol, England and made his first live appearance at the prestigious Clifton Observatory. His new ‘Orchestral Space EP’ combines live footage from this special venue and showcases the electronic, techno and orchestral sounds that makes SPJ’s music such a refreshing and upcoming talent. 

Like his father before him, SPJ dreamt of travelling across the universe to discover music from different worlds. His father, Space Pope Senior (SPS) found countless musical civilisations in his lifetime and came close to fulfilling his dream of visiting all known worlds, all but one, Planet Earth.

After learning of his father’s tragic and mysterious death near Earth’s atmosphere, SPJ vowed to finish his father’s mission to learn about the people and music of Earth and create and share his own music with the rest of the universe.
